Parking is available for the Summit County courthouse at the Summit County Parking Deck (200 South High Street), Broadway Parking Deck (120 South Broadway), and Citi Center Parking Deck (132 South High Street).

The Summit County Domestic Relations Court handles family law cases involving divorce, dissolution, annulment, parentage, third-party legal custody, visitation by parents, grandparents, and third parties, child and spousal support, civil protection orders (CPOs), and dating violence orders. Two judges preside over legal matters for the Summit County family law court.
